Rider Reservation Access Options
Riders can access our Platform and make reservations either online at www.QuoteMeLimo.com or via our QuoteMe.Limo Mobile App that is downloadable FREE from the Apple (iOS) and Google Play (Android) App Stores. Our Chauffeur Mobile App is also downloadable FREE from the Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) App Stores.
Rider Sign-up Requirements
Riders are required to sign-up with QuoteMeLimo.com when booking any reservations. Registration requirements include providing your:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth (must be 21-years of age or older)
Note: QuoteMeLimo.com uses your personal information, including your contact and location information, for the purpose of completing your Limousine Service bookings. This includes sharing your booking information with other parties only to fulfill and otherwise process your booking. We do not share your contact and booking information with any other third parties, except in emergencies or as required by law. We may, however, occasionally share other information collected, such as certain technical information (see Privacy Policy).
Rider Dashboard – Post Registration (features & functionalities)
By registering as a Rider and creating a profile, it allows QuoteMeLimo.com to:
- Send Riders push notifications for upcoming rides
- Send Riders a ratings inquiry about recent rides taken
Further, Riders can:
- View upcoming rides
- Track rides in process
- Interact with chauffeurs via text, email or phone prior to a ride
- View rides history
- Securely store card details for future bookings
- Export prior trips detail at year end for tax purposes into Excel
Reservations Overview (features & functionalities)
3-Step Process
Just 3 simple steps allows Riders to get a fast and accurate quote, confirm a reservation, make a payment, and receive an automated receipt by text or email.
- Riders begin by selecting either a One-Way or Hourly service.
- Then, by entering the itinerary details and clicking on “GET A QUOTE,” Riders are forwarded to a “VIEW BOOKING OPTIONS” page to quickly view and compare all competitive limousine company offers. Every offer showcases the key terms and pricing of each limousine company. Riders can then select up to 3 limousine companies and submit a request for service. The selected limousine companies must then reply within a fixed time of 2-hours indicating their desire to either accept or decline the request.
Note #1: if no limousine companies reply within the fixed timeframe (e.g., after hours – office closed), then QML will immediately send out a request for service with Rider itinerary details to all limousine companies within that jurisdiction, in which case the Rider may get multiple replies ensuring the service request is fulfilled.
Note #2: At any given time, some Limousine Companies may require more than 2-hours advance notice of a booking request. Should it be the case – then it may result in a Decline for Service.
Note #3: Please be aware that limousine companies do secure bookings independent of the QuoteMe.Limo Platform. Should a QuoteMe.Limo booking request conflict with a limousine company reservation already booked, then it may result in a Decline for Service. - Riders can select their preferred provider, enter and submit their payment details, and receive a booking confirmation by email or text.
Vehicle Types Supported
QuoteMe.Limo offers a wide selection of all vehicle types supported for every occasion and group size. For example:
- Sedan (up to 3 pax)
- SUV (up to 6 pax)
- Van (up to 14 pax)
- Stretch (up to 24 pax)
- Party-Limo Bus (surround seating 24 pax)
- Mini Bus (forward seating up to 32 pax)
- Mini Coach (up to 36 and 42 pax depending on configuration)
- Motor Coach (up to 47 and 59 pax depending on configuration)
Vehicle Type Classification Options
For each vehicle type requested (e.g., Sedan, Van, Stretch, etc.), Riders can choose either a Standard, Premium, or Luxury classification. Presumably, the hourly price increases from Standard to Premium to Luxury. For example, depending on each limousine company – a Lincoln Town Car may be classified as a Standard Sedan; a Mercedes Benz, BMW, or Audi may be classified as a Premium Sedan; and a Bentley or Rolls Royce may be classified as a Luxury Sedan.
Note: Limousine companies can, in their sole discretion, classify each of their vehicle types.
Filter Options
Riders can Sort by Price (low to high), Sort by Ratings, Sort by Languages Spoken, or choose a Preferred Limo Company.
Limousine Company Profile Details
Riders are provided with key details about each limousine company when surfing to make a reservation. Keep in mind, each Limousine Company establishes their own terms and conditions on the Platform. The profile information of each Limousine Company includes:
- Limo Company Name
- Available Vehicles
- Years in Business
- TCP Number (if applicable)Some states do not require Limousine Companies to register for a TCP Number.
- Minimum Ride Duration (e.g., 1-hour, 2-hours, etc.)
- Advance Booking Duration (e.g., 2-hours)
- Payment PolicyNote: All Rider credit/debit card transactions occurring on the Platform are tokenized and are only pre-authorized when a booking occurs. Payment authorizations are settled only after services are rendered. Should there be any incidental services that occur during a charter, the fees will be tallied at the end of a charter and added to the total bill. If the incidental service fees exceed the initial pre-authorized amount, an additional amount will be preauthorized by Chauffeur on the card used at the time of booking to cover the total bill.

Note: QML provides Riders a U.S. D.O.T. number link to search the Compliance & Safety Performance History of each Limousine Company. A U.S. D.O.T. Number is required by federal law if a Limousine Company is operating in interstate commerce and is transporting between 9 and 15 Riders (including the driver) for compensation, whether direct or indirect. - View Policies:

Google Maps Integration
QuoteMe.Limo is integrated with Google Maps allowing us to accurately calculate travel time pricing accuracy for Riders during any specific time of day whether during peak traffic hours or otherwise.
Special Requests
Riders can make special requests in advance prior to booking a reservation such as requesting a specific driver, child seat, extra luggage, special amenities, accommodating pets, making extra stops, etc.
Rider Bookings by Agent
Bookings can be completed either by a Rider or via a Booking Agent on behalf of a Rider.
Limo Partner Portal
The Limo Partner Portal is the back-office system for Limousine Companies to set-up and manage their General Company Information, Chauffeurs, Vehicles (Types, Classifications, and Pricing), General & Surcharge Pricing and much more. The Dashboard gives Limousine Companies reporting functionality to view their Sales Summary (by day, week, or month), Current Earnings (by day, week, or month), Upcoming Rides (by day, week, or month), Completed Rides (by day, week, or month) and Cancelled Rides (by day, week, or month). Additionally, it provides a Vehicle Availability Management, Calendaring functionality (to view all past, present and future rides), Rider ratings (that rewards Limousine Companies when providing premium superior service).
Chauffeur Mobile App
The Chauffeur Mobile App is linked with the Limo Partner Portal. It allows Chauffeurs to view upcoming rides, establish a ride sequence (e.g., start trip, arrived at pick-up location, Rider onboard, and trip completed), navigate to pick-up locations, call Riders, assess incidental costs at the end of a Charter, and send a sales receipt.
